Barn is a detached "upside down" cottage with exposed beams in all rooms. The entrance and open plan living area are on the first floor.

A large south facing window overlooks the dell and driveway.

Steps down from the dining area lead to the main bedroom with pine double bed, second bedroom with bunk beds and bathroom with bath / shower on the ground floor.

There is a patio at the rear of the cottage.

Barn Cottage now has central heating.

The Barn Tariff is inclusive of heating from the third week of Sep until the first week of June during standard hours*. Through the summer from first week of Jun up to the third week of Sep it is available on request at £20 per week.

*Standard heating hours: 0650-0930, 1220-1320, 1620-2215 hrs.
Additional heating: available between 0930-1220, 1320-1620, 2215-0020 £20 per week/ pro rata.
